How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot modify your order after payment confirmation.
Why was my prescription rejected?
Invalid prescriptions that do not comply with government regulations are rejected on the KR4ALL app. Other reasons include unavailability of medicines at store or incomplete information.
How do I upload a prescription?
Select a pharmacy and send the prescription using "Share Prescription" button. You can click a picture or add files from the gallery as well.
Can I use prescription from any doctor or lab to order from KR4ALL?
Yes. You can upload the prescription obtained by any doctor which complies with the government regulations.
Is online medicine delivery safe?
Yes, it is absolutly safe.
Will I get an invoice if I order through KR4All?
Certainly. You receive invoice in your email everytime you order from KR4ALL. You can also download the invoices from "My Orders" section.
How do I know if my prescription is valid?
As per government regulations, any prescription that contains the details of the doctor, patient, medicine, consultation date, and doctor’s sign/stamp is valid up to 6 months from the date of issue.
Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
No. It is mandatory to upload a prescription to order your medicines. If you don't have a prescription, you can consult a doctor on KR4ALL and obtain an e prescription.
How to order medicines online using e prescription/physical prescription on KR4All?
Search and select a pharmacy from the KR4ALL app, upload your prescription, get confimation from the store, make the payment, and get it delivered to your home.
