How to access my patients details / medical history on KR4All?(How to check the previous consultation of a patient?)

You can access the patient history and the reports uploaded by the patient by checking the patient profile.

- Go to the doctor's queue, from here you can click on the desired patient you want to access the history of.

- In the patient profile, you can see their past consultation and medical history.

  Go to ‘History’ section from the bottom navigation, here you can see all your previous appointments

• How to access my patients files while in a video consultation?

  - While you are in video consult, you can get to the consultation summary from the bottom right. - From here you can go to patient files to browse patient-uploaded files in a consultation. - You can see patient files here

• How to start video consultation for a patient?

  Go to the doctor's queue, from here you can click on the desired patient you want to access profile of. In the patient profile, you can start a consultation by clicking ‘Start Consultation’ - Your video consultation will be live after that.

• How to capture vitals during a consultation?

  While you are in video consult, you can get to the consultation summary from the bottom right. From here you can go to ‘Add Vital Details’ to input details of the patient's vitals Enter all the Vitals Details here
