How to share prescriptions with my patients?

During or after the video call with patient you can prescribe medicines or lab tests.

- Go to more options from bottom right of page.

- You can go to Prescribe section from here.

- You can fill in the details in the form to prescribe 

This is shared with the patient once you finalise the consultation summary. It is available on email and the patient can also download it from their profile.

  No. We do not have any such referral system on KR4ALL yet. If you own a Pharmacy at your clinic, you can register your pharmacy on KR4ALL Pharmacy App and receive orders.

  After you are finished with your consultation Click on next from the follow up screen to review the case paper (auto created) Now just click on ‘Finalise’ and it will share this case paper with the patient

• Can patients leave feedback for doctors on KR4All?

  Yes. Patients can leave their feedback after a consultation. But, it is not published on your profile on the KR4ALL App.

• How to access my patients files while in a video consultation?

  - While you are in video consult, you can get to the consultation summary from the bottom right. - From here you can go to patient files to browse patient-uploaded files in a consultation. - You can see patient files here
