Customers will upload and share the prescriptions to your pharmacy's page listed on KR4ALL App to generate a request.

You will receive the request in your App's Orders Section.

• How will the customer prescriptions reach me?

  Customer will upload the prescriptions to your Pharmacy to generate a request. You will receive the request on your KR4ALL App's Orders Section. You can see all your orders and requests from order section in bottom navigation.

• Will I receive orders if my pharmacy is offline?

  No. Once your store is offline, your pharmacy will no longer be visible to customers to receive any orders.

• Will the delivery charges be borne by partner?

  No, it's zero delivery cost to pharmacist. All charges are paid by the customer.

• Can I tie up with doctors to directly receive prescriptions?

  No. We do not have any such referral system on KR4ALL yet.

• How long will it take to go live on KR4All once documents are submitted?

  ​After all the mandatory KYC documents have been received, it takes upto 1-2 business days for verifying your Pharmacy profile on the platform. (if verified successfully)
