How to reject an appointment?
Under the free plan, a doctor can accept or reject a video consultation as per availability.
- Going to the queue you can accept or reject the consultation.
For paid plans, you can reject or reschedule an appointment by giving a valid reason to the patient.
- Going to the queue section you can reject or reschedule an appointment by clicking on the more options on the top right of the card.
- You can select to reject, hide or reschedule an appointment from these options. Proceeding with clicking reject.
- You can choose from the reasons or provide your own reason and then you can proceed with rejecting or rescheduling that appointment
